Graphic Designer 2D (Events)

2D Designer – Event & Experiential Industry | Mumbai

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Designer to join our Event & Experiential team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, event graphics, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential campaigns.
• Create event branding, logos, key visuals, stage backdrops, venue graphics, signage, and marketing collateral.
• Design presentations, mood boards, storyboards, and event layouts.
• Adapt brand guidelines across event touchpoints and communication materials.
• Create digital creatives, social media assets, motion graphics, and video content.
• Coordinate with creative, client servicing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and final production files.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the event, experiential, exhibition, industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event branding, spatial graphics, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand identity design.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
