About Janma Fertility\nJanma Fertility helps couples improve their chances of conception through a root-cause approach to fertility, hormone health, nutrition, metabolism, and lifestyle.\nWe work with couples experiencing PCOS, irregular cycles, ovulatory dysfunction, insulin resistance, recurrent pregnancy loss, unexplained infertility, male factor and other fertility-related challenges.\nOur approach combines functional nutrition, physiology, laboratory interpretation, and behavior change coaching to help clients move from confusion to clarity.\n\nRole Overview (WOMEN ONLY)\nWe are looking for an Associate Fertility Practitioner to support client care and case management.\nThis is not a generic nutrition coaching role. You will be expected to think critically, understand physiology, identify patterns in symptoms and laboratory markers, and help clients implement recommendations.\n\nThis is a remote full time role.\n\nYou will eventually manage a portfolio of clients, with varied issues, while following Janma's methodology and systems.\n\nThere will be intensive training done in the first 2 months to get you to speed with how to handle client cases.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nClient Support & Coaching\nConduct client onboarding and follow-up calls.\nReview symptom questionnaires and health histories.\nAnswer client questions via WhatsApp\nTrack compliance and implementation of recommendations.\nSupport clients through behavior change and habit formation.\nMaintain accurate client notes and records.\n\nCase Analysis\nReview reports, questionnaires and identify patterns.\nAnalyze menstrual cycle data, ovulation tracking, and fertility markers.\nReview food journals and lifestyle factors.\nPrepare case summaries and recommendations for practitioner review.\nMonitor client progress and identify areas requiring adjustment.\n\nFertility & Hormone Health\nUnderstand common fertility-related conditions and presentations.\nDiscuss fertility physiology with clients in an educational and supportive manner.\nHelp clients understand nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and metabolic factors that may influence fertility outcomes.\nEscalate complex medical cases when appropriate.\n\nOperations\nMaintain CRM and client tracking systems.\nEnsure timely follow-up with all active clients.\nSupport protocol documentation and process improvement.\nAssist in developing educational resources and client materials.\n\nSocial Media - You might be required to make 2 - 3 videos per month for our social media account\n\nIdeal Candidate\nYou genuinely enjoy understanding how the body works.\nYou get excited by questions such as:\nWhy is ovulation delayed for my client?\nWhat contributes to insulin resistance?\nHow does thyroid function affect fertility?\nWhat patterns on blood work suggest metabolic dysfunction?\nHow do nutrition and lifestyle influence reproductive hormones?\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding of nutrition and human physiology.\nAbility to review laboratory reports and identify meaningful patterns.\nKnowledge of female hormones, menstrual cycles, ovulation, and fertility.\nExcellent communication and client management skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to learn and follow a structured methodology.\n\nMANDATORY REQUIREMENT – EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION\nThis is a highly client-facing role.
