Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in Agile methodologies, and experience working closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, and process analysis sessions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and support solution design discussions.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Manage requirement traceability and change requests.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client interactions.
• Strong knowledge of process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail domains.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience working with ERP or CRM applications.
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
