About The Job:
- Lead the design of Clientive, high quality user interfaces across desktop, tablet, and native mobile platforms throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- It involves creating wireframes, iterative mockups, and detailed UX/UI deliverables grounded in human centered design principles and UX research to clearly articulate the intended user experience.
- The role ensures all designs align with brand standards, the internal design system, and the end to end user journey. This role involves partnering closely with product owners, researchers, content strategists, and business and technology stakeholders, driving discovery, strategy, and solution definition. The role also fosters design excellence through peer critiques, mentorship, and support of junior designers.
- Lead the design of experiences during the implementation phase of the project, including the development of wireframes, mock-ups and other project deliverables to illustrate the intended user experience.
- Design interactive user interfaces for complex mobile app journeys and f amiliarity working within design systems and its application to mobile environments.
- Present design ideas, including rationale based on research and best practices, to the product development team and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in peer design reviews/critique, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 10-14 years of relevant experience required
- Proficient knowledge of human-centered design process, web best-practices and relevant disciplines, including information architecture, interaction and visual design.
- Proficient with design tools, design thinking, systems thinking, and agile methodology
- Experience working with industry standard visualization tools and software (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Mural, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns (gestures, navigation models, touch targets)
- Experience designing for different screen sizes, orientations, and device capabilities
- Familiarity with app performance, loading states, motion, and responsiveness considerations
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for mobile (WCAG AA/AAA)
- Proficient prototyping and mockup skills to convey ideas and concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and rationale.
- Working knowledge of design fundamentals such as color theory, composition, branding, typography and web design standards.
- Ability to work in both waterfall and agile project processes.
- A portfolio of professional UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Experience with user centered principles and techniques including design sprints, co-creation methods, behavioral design and research, service design and research.
- Experience designing transactional or complex interactions with consumer and/or B2B platforms.
- Experience designing for complex application ecosystems.
- Ability to interpret product requirements documents from a user-centered perspective.
- Working knowledge of usability testing and other research methods.
- Fundamental understanding of project management and business process management concepts.
- Proven experience mentoring UX professionals.
- Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and experience inspecting and validating QA/test environments
- Experience working with industry standard data visualization tools and software, including Tableau, High Charts, Power BI, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to raise issues and concerns and see them through to completion.
