Qualifications:
- 5+ years
- Strong experience in Power BI and Analytics Engineering:
- Power BI Report & Dashboard Development
- Advanced DAX (Measures, Calculation Groups, Time Intelligence)
- Power Query (M Language) and Data Transformation
- Semantic Model / Dataset Development
- Star Schema and Dimensional Data MoClienting
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong proficiency in Power BI Service Administration and Deployment Pipelines
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Direct Lake)
- Experience integrating Power BI with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, and SAP data sources
- Expertise in report performance tuning using DAX Studio, Performance Analyzer, and VertiPaq optimization
- Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices
- Working knowledge of SAP Sales, Order Management, Customer, Product, and Supply Chain datasets
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, API integrations, and AI/ML use cases
- Experience developing analytics solutions using Fabric Notebooks, PySpark, and Python-based data processing frameworks
- Experience building executive KPI dashboards and enterprise scorecards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, LLMs, and AI-powered analytics automation
- Familiarity with data products, semantic layer design, and enterprise reporting architectures
