Essential Job Functions:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Saviynt IAM platform.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address IAM challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Manage, maintain, and support Saviynt IAM environments and configurations.

Resolve L2 support tickets escalated from the L1/Help Desk, including:
- User access issues
- Provisioning failures
- Configuration errors
- Access-related incidents
- Perform minor configuration changes, including workflow modifications and role updates.
- Execute access recertification campaigns and generate ad hoc access governance reports.
- Support onboarding of Active Directory-based and out-of-the-box applications by performing testing and issue resolution.
- Work closely with L3 engineers on complex technical issues and escalations.
- Assist in knowledge transfer and training sessions for L1 support teams and clients.
- Perform regular health checks and share system health reports.
- Participate in business requirement gathering and solution discussions.
- Collaborate with L3 teams on connector and integration issues requiring advanced configuration changes.
- Monitor and analyze Saviynt EIC logs to identify, debug, and resolve platform issues.
- Customize reports based on business and compliance requirements.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to clients.
- Ensure IAM security, compliance, and access control requirements are consistently met.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline IAM processes and operational tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IAM support processes and best practices
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Saviynt Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Experience resolving complex technical issues related to the Saviynt IAM platform.
- Strong background in ensuring security, compliance, and access governance requirements.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in the Saviynt Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.
- Experience with Saviynt configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and similar frameworks.
- Experience configuring and managing Saviynt connectors for enterprise applications.
- Ability to develop, customize, test, and document custom Saviynt connectors.
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex Saviynt technical issues.
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Saviynt IAM environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for IAM automation.
- Strong understanding of access management, authentication, and security protocols.
