Essential Job Functions:
- Gather and analyze ITAM requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
- Define functional requirements and optimize asset lifecycle processes.
- Support HAM/SAM, license compliance, approvals, workflows, and automation.
- Ensure alignment across ITAM, CMDB, discovery, and reconciliation.
- Partner with developers to deliver scalable, standards-based solutions.
- Support UAT, release readiness, and deployment activities.
- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and asset KPIs.
- Exp – 6 to 9 years (3 years relevant)
- 7–10 years of experience in ITAM and ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of HAM, SAM, asset lifecycle management, and CMDB.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules, Service Catalog, workflows, and documentation.
- Understanding of license compliance, audits, and data models.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow CSA and ITAM certifications such as CIS-SAM or CIS-HAM.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with Microsoft tools, discovery, and asset integrations.
