Essential Job Functions:
Platform & App Development
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Request.
- Build and enhance catalog items, record producers, order guides, and workflows.
- Develop and customize Service Portal or UI Builder pages, widgets, themes, and reusable components.
- Configure Virtual Agent topics, conversation flows, and backend integrations.
- Maintain Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, scripted APIs, MID Server, and data imports.
- Automate platform processes through scripting, orchestration, and workflow optimization.
- Exp – 6 to 9 years (3 years relevant)
- 7–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, Request Management, Virtual Agent, and Service Portal/UI Builder.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and HTML/CSS/AngularJS for Service Portal.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and API integrations.
