About The Job:
- Translates HR processes into HRSD solutions, focusing on employee experience, case management, and lifecycle workflows.
- Gather requirements for HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events
- Design HR workflows, approvals, and SLAs
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders
- Support UAT and process optimization
- Define HR KPIs and reporting
- Exp – 6 to 9 years (3 years relevant)
- HRSD experience and HR process knowledge
- Case management and lifecycle workflows understanding
- Strong stakeholder communication
- ServiceNow CSA
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- HR domain certifications (preferred)
