*** Field Readiness & Enablement is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Video Editor & AI Video Creator to lead enterprise video storytelling, sales enablement content production, and AI-powered creative initiatives.
This role focuses on developing high-impact video content for sales enablement, executive communications, product storytelling, readiness programs, customer engagement, internal campaigns, and AI-driven digital experiences.
The ideal candidate is an expert in *** Premiere Pro, After Effects, motion graphics, AI-generated video, and cinematic storytelling, with deep experience creating enterprise-grade video content at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end video editing and post-production workflows for sales enablement and enterprise communications.
Produce high-quality videos for product launches, executive messaging, readiness programs, customer storytelling, and digital campaigns.
Create cinematic and story-driven content with strong pacing, visual consistency, and sound design.
Perform advanced multi-camera editing, audio cleanup, color grading, subtitle workflows, and motion graphics integration.
Manage multiple fast-paced creative projects while maintaining quality and turnaround expectations.
Motion Graphics & Animation
Create advanced motion graphics and visual storytelling assets using *** After Effects.
Develop explainer videos, product walkthroughs, dynamic typography, animated presentations, and branded motion packages.
Ensure all content aligns with *** brand standards and enterprise storytelling objectives.
AI Video Generation & Generative Media
Create AI-powered advertisements, enablement videos, and digital campaigns using *** Firefly and emerging AI video technologies.
Build AI-assisted production workflows combining live-action footage, AI-generated visuals, synthetic scenes, and prompt-driven storytelling.
Hands-on experience with generative video platforms including *** Firefly, Veo 3.1, Runway Gen-4.5, Ray HDR, Sora 2, and Veo 2.
Stay current with emerging trends in AI filmmaking, generative storytelling, and creative automation.
Creative Direction & AI Ideation
Use Claude, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted creative tools for scriptwriting, storyboarding, creative ideation, campaign development, and prompt engineering.
Translate complex business and product messaging into compelling visual narratives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Readiness, and Creative teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in video editing, post-production, motion graphics, and enterprise storytelling.
Expert-level proficiency in *** Premiere Pro and *** After Effects.
Strong working knowledge of *** Photoshop and *** Illustrator.
Advanced understanding of cinematic storytelling, editing rhythm, audio editing, visual composition, color grading, and motion graphics workflows.
Hands-on experience with *** Firefly, AI video generation workflows, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted editing pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
