Clarity PPM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support Clarity PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Clarity PPM configurations and enhancements.
• Manage project portfolios, resource planning, financial management, and timesheet configurations.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, portlets, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Clarity PPM and enterprise applications.
• Perform system administration, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMOs, and technical teams to implement best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and support documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Clarity PPM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity PPM configuration and administration.
• Experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Timesheet Management modules.
• Knowledge of Clarity Studio, GEL Scripting, XOG, NSQL, and Jaspersoft reporting.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services, and application integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Clarity SaaS or on-premises implementations.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Exposure to Java, JavaScript, or XML is an added advantage.
• Broadcom Clarity PPM certifications are preferred.
