JAVA Fullstack

Role Description

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with 7 plus years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications within the Commercial Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in building secure and high performing backend services along with responsive frontend applications. The role involves contributing to the development of applications across domains such as lending, payments, treasury services, customer onboarding, trade finance, risk management, and digital banking platforms. The candidate will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver quality solutions while following engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.

Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React and integrate them with backend services.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver end to end application solutions.

Participate in system design discussions, technical estimations, and sprint planning activities.

Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding standards.

Support performance tuning, debugging, and resolution of issues across development and production environments.

Contribute to CI CD pipelines and support automated build and deployment processes.

Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain proper technical documentation.
