Pega Project Manager
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 9-10 years of overall IT experience to lead and manage large-scale Pega Cloud Migration programs. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, experience managing Pega implementation or migration projects, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega Cloud Migration projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through deployment and hypercare support.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, Pega architects, development teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
Manage project scope, budget, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and cloud migration best practices.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical teams.
Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
Support cutover planning, migration activities, and post-migration stabilization efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
9-10 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Project Management roles.
Proven experience managing Pega implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
Experience leading cloud migration programs, preferably involving Pega applications.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
