Must Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

• 3-10 years of hands-on experience in Life Sciences spanning development, implementation, and/or managed services/AMS functions
• Familiarity with GxP and applicable compliance validation concepts including IQ/OQ/PQ, computerised system validation (CSV), and related documentation standards.
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management following ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA for ticket management, SLA tracking, and Agile project delivery.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAS Grid cluster administration, including Linux system management, distributed computing, and network drive/Samba configuration.
• Practical knowledge of Elluminate platform administration, DBMS management, and Qlik Sense BI development.
• Experience with Project Online or Project Server administration including EPTs, PDPs, workflows, resource pools, SharePoint farm admin, and SQL.
• Proficiency in Linux command-line administration for managing compute and storage environments.

Good to Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle database administration in a Life Sciences context.
• Advanced SQL and database performance tuning skills.
• Familiarity with additional BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) alongside Qlik Sense.
• Knowledge of SAS programming and statistical computing in a GxP-regulated environment.
• SharePoint Online administration or Microsoft 365 project management tooling experience.
• Understanding of data warehouse or data lake concepts relevant to R&D analytics platforms.
