The Nexthink Administrator owns the administration, configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of the Nexthink platform to improve digital employee experience (DEX), endpoint visibility, and IT service performance. This role turns endpoint telemetry into actionable insights, supports proactive issue resolution, and helps IT teams improve employee productivity through analytics, automation, and experience monitoring.
