ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer

CTC Range : ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer Qualification : B.Tech Relevant Experience : 7+ years Must Have Skills : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Good to Have Skills: Roles and Responsibilities Strong experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA). Experience in configuring: Indicators Indicator Sources Breakdowns Breakdown Sources Automated Indicators Widgets Dashboards Scorecards Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting. Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM modules. Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization. Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
