Job Title: Admission Counselor\n\nOrganization: Chandigarh University\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process and support enrollment growth. The role involves student counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCounsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.\nHandle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and student inquiries.\nConvert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.\nMaintain and update student records in CRM.\nAchieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.\nCoordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.\nParticipate in admission drives, webinars, events, and outreach activities.\nEligibility & Skills\nGraduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Admissions Counseling, Student Counseling, EdTech, University, or Institute admissions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nTarget-oriented and customer-focused approach.\nExperience with CRM tools such as Meritto, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc., will be preferred.\nPreferred Profile\nCandidates from EdTech, Universities, Colleges, or Educational Institutes.\n\nImmediate to 15-day joiners preferred.
