Night Manager

Objective of the role:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift and ensure exceptional guest service standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills with prior experience in the hospitality industry. Only hospitality candidates are preferred.

Location: Mira- Bhaynadar. Only Mumbai candidates are preferred

Role & responsibilities:

• Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift and ensure smooth functioning of departments.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Monitor night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of daily reports and financial transactions.
• Manage emergency situations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction throughout the shift.
• Prepare shift handover reports and communicate important updates to management.
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy status, and revenue-related activities.
• Train, mentor, and guide night-shift associates to deliver excellent service.

Required Qualification & skillls:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and night audit procedures.
• Ability to handle emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
