Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE: Receptionist cum Front Office is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves handling a variety of office tasks, including communication management, document preparation, and general office coordination. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet visitors and clients with friendly and professional demeanor. Ensure visitors sign in, and direct them to the correct meeting rooms or to the concerned person Prepare and send outgoing correspondence, such as letters, packages, and documents. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies. Assist with preparing meeting rooms for events or conferences. Provide general administrative support to other departments as required Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities. Manage the front desk and assist with receiving and dispatching incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate with the Admin team regarding received orders and dispatches. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree. 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles (preferred).
