New Product Development Engineer
Job Description
Role Summary / Job Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Product Executive to support the growth and innovation of our scrub pads product portfolio within the consumer cleaning segment. This role involves end-to-end involvement in product development, packaging, technical marketing, and sales enablement, with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Portfolio Management:
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization
- Assist in NPD for scrub pads and scourers
- Coordinate product testing and validation
- Drive cost reduction and value engineering projects
Market Insights & Competitive Tracking:
- Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products
- Conduct benchmarking across pricing and performance
Sales Enablement & Customer Support:
- Provide quotations and technical inputs to sales team
- Support customer trials and product conversions
Technical Marketing & Communication:
- Develop brochures, catalogues, TDS, and training materials
- Create product demos and marketing content
Packaging & Launch Execution:
- Define HFFS / flow wrap packaging specifications
- Coordinate product launch readiness
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain
- Act as single point of coordination
Business Support & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain product documentation
- Track product performance and feedback

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in FMCG / consumer products
Skills:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of FMCG market dynamics
