Job Summary

y:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive with experience in UK and/or US accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality financial reporting for international client

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for UK/US client
\n
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
\n
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
\n
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliation
\n
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing process
\n
• Work on VAT returns (UK)
\n
• Support payroll processing and related compliance
\n
• Coordinate with clients for data, queries, and reporting
\n
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP / US GAAP standards
\n
• Work on accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar
\n

Required Skills & Qualification

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\n
• 1–5 years of experience in UK/US accounting
\n
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards
\n
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
\n
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, and reconciliations
\n
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
\n
• Ability to work in UK/US shift
\n
