Product Project Manager

About the Role:

We are hiring for AI Product Operations & Solutions to work at the intersection of AI, Product, Consulting, and Enterprise Solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work on real-world AI deployments, enterprise workflows, Voice AI, prompt design, analytics, and customer-facing AI solutions in a fast-growing AI startup environment.

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand business workflows and AI use cases
• Design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions and workflows
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and customer teams to drive successful implementations
• Conduct prompt design, AI evaluations, workflow mapping, and performance analysis
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure successful delivery of projects
• Drive continuous improvement through data, experimentation, and customer feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–8 years of experience in Product, Consulting, Operations, Customer Success, or Enterprise SaaS
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects
• Interest or experience in AI, GenAI, Voice AI, workflow automation, or enterprise technology
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working in startups, high-growth product companies, or AI-first organizations
• Exposure to AI products, Conversational AI, Voice AI, or SaaS platforms
• Experience with prompt engineering, analytics, API integrations, or workflow automation
• Experience working with enterprise customers and large-scale deployments
