Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer who brings creativity, precision, and a strong sense of brand identity to every project.

About the Role:

Graphic Designer

Location : Patna, Bihar (Client Location)

Employment Type : Full-Time

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and client requirements. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, development, and content teams to deliver engaging graphics across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

· Develop creative designs for digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, brochures and marketing materials.

· Work closely with the marketing and development teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

· Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.

· Create engaging graphics, infographics, and layouts for both internal and client projects.

· Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in digital solutions.

· Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

· Collaborate with other designers to create compelling visual concepts that align with client needs and brand guidelines.

· Maintain consistency and quality across all design outputs.

· Learn and follow brand guidelines for design, typography, color schemes, and layouts.

· Conduct research on design trends, user preferences, and emerging technologies.

· Provide general design support as needed for various projects.

Qualification & Skills:

· Graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign, Aftereffects etc.).

· Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design practices is a plus.

· Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

· A strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new design techniques.

· Ability to communicate visually, translating complex ideas into clear and engaging graphical content.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite to create supporting documents and presentations as needed.

· An understanding of what ticks on social media

· Basic video editing skills will be highly preferred

· Strong communication skills and an ability to receive and implement feedback.

Experience:

· Proven experience of minimum 2-4 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital solutions/marketing/tech environment..

· Any experience like shooting and editing for social media or related works will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:

· Candidate must be based in Patna, Bihar.

· Must be willing to work from the client location.

· Candidates must share links to social media handles, reels, creative portfolios created by them as part of the application process.
