Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives within our Edge Services portfolio. The role involves driving end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining strong governance and client engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SDLC, program management, and working in large services organizations. Exposure to product implementation and emerging technologies is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership, Governance & Reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients
- Lead and manage the entire program lifecycle, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and projects
- Oversee execution to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with quality standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of individual projects
- Prepare and present program status reports, including timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Organize and facilitate governance meetings with stakeholders and leadership
- Provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and overall program health
- Drive and support programs involving AI/ML solutions, data-driven decision-making, and intelligent automation
Client Management
- Act as the primary SPOC for all client interactions related to the program
- Manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines effectively
- Lead governance meetings and ensure proactive issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Scope & Risk Management
- Define and manage program scope across all projects
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
- Escalate unresolved issues to leadership in a timely manner
Team Management & Coordination
- Manage and mentor Project Managers and cross-functional teams
- Ensure teams have the required resources and support
- Provide guidance to resolve project-level challenges and ensure smooth execution
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in managing large-scale programs and complex project portfolios
- Strong experience in SDLC and project management methodologies
- Experience working in Prodcut industries or large services organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with product implementation and rollout programs (plus)
- Exposure to AI/ML or AI-driven transformation programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to Edge, Cloud, or distributed systems is an advantage
- Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred)
