This role is pivotal in providing high-quality mental health support and contributing to our vision of customer-centric healthcare service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals and families across age groups.\nActively contribute to mental health awareness initiatives by creating video and written content for AYOO Care, helping to reduce stigma and educate the public.\nProvide insights and feedback to improve mental health services, ensuring AYOO Care remains the most customer-centric healthcare provider.\nCollaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including coordinating mental and physical health services for comprehensive treatment plans.\nSupport the training and onboarding of new staff, including psychologists and therapists, to ensure the highest standards of care delivery.\nServe as a resource for staff, offering expertise and guidance to meet the needs of clients effectively.\n\nRequirements\nMPhil in Clinical Psychology with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience as a practitioner.\nRCI Licensed to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in India.\nDemonstrated expertise in psychological assessments and treatment for mental health conditions.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with team members.\nComfortable working in a start-up environment and contributing to a fast-paced, innovative culture.\nLanguage Proficiency:\nProfessional proficiency in English and Hindi is required.\nConversational proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, and/or Telugu is highly desirable.\n\nWhy Join AYOO Care?\nAt AYOO Care, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to redefining healthcare.
