Patient Communication Executive (CRM & Messaging Operations).
Designation: Patient Communication Executive / CRM Communication Analyst
Department: Marketing / CRM & Operations
Reporting To: COO
Location: Head Office Zirakpur (on-site preferred)
CTC Budget: ₹4L – ₹6L per annum (can stretch to ₹7–8L for strong WhatsApp API + Salesforce experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor all outgoing SMS and WhatsApp messages from CRM and hospital software daily
• Track template approval status on Meta Business Manager (Utility vs Marketing categories) and DLT portal for SMS
• Identify and escalate delivery failures, rejected templates, or drop-offs in engagement
• Coordinate with tech and vendor teams to fix or resubmit flagged templates
• Understand and flag issues in existing WhatsApp/SMS automation flows
• Propose and support building new patient communication journeys — appointment reminders, lead follow-ups, drip sequences
• Maintain a daily/weekly communication health report
Key Skills & Competencies:
• 1–3 years in CRM operations, digital marketing ops, or customer communication
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API — template management, quality ratings, opt-in/opt-out
• Familiarity with DLT SMS compliance (TRAI framework)
• Comfortable reading delivery dashboards and failure logs
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Hindi + English bilingual (our patient communications are in both languages)
Preferred Attributes:
• Exposure to Salesforce, LeadSquared, or any CRM platform
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or health-tech setup
• Meta Business Manager familiarity (WABA management)
