Hiring: Strategic Account Manager\nLocation: Chennai (Remote)\nShift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)\n\nWe are hiring for an Account Manager to join a growing global team supporting US-based clients.\nThis role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building strong client relationships, driving account growth, analyzing business performance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as a trusted advisor\n• Drive revenue growth through account expansion, upselling, and strategic recommendations\n• Conduct business reviews and present performance insights to stakeholders\n• Analyze account performance, engagement, utilization, and growth opportunities\n• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams\n• Manage escalations and ensure a high-quality client experience\n• Build reports, dashboards, and executive presentations using data-driven insights\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n• 5–8 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Strategic Account Management, US client handling experience.\n• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills\n• Experience managing B2B or mid-market client accounts\n• Strong analytical and financial acumen\n• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms\n• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or reporting tools\n• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, account expansion, or client retention\n\nPreferred Backgrounds :\n• E-commerce Account Management\n• Customer Success\n• Strategic B2B Account Management\n\nInterested candidates share their updated resume at [email protected]
