This is not a routine sales role. You'll help introduce a completely new category of climate technology to government bodies, corporates, institutions, architects, developers, urban planners, and strategic partners.\n\nFrom market research to customer engagement, brand building, partnerships, and go-to-market execution, you'll play a key role in taking Aereka from innovation to widespread adoption.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Development Identify new business opportunities across public and private sectors.\nGenerate qualified leads through market research and outreach.\nBuild relationships with developers, institutions, government agencies, corporates, and channel partners.\nSchedule meetings and coordinate customer engagements.\nSupport preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documents.\nMaintain sales pipeline and CRM.\n\nMarketing & Brand Development Execute digital marketing initiatives.\nCreate and manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and website content.\nCoordinate product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.\nAssist in creating brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, and promotional material.\nTrack campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.\n\nMarket Research & Strategy Conduct competitor and industry analysis.\nIdentify emerging market opportunities.\nResearch government programs, sustainability initiatives, ESG opportunities, Smart City projects, CSR initiatives, and urban infrastructure developments.\nSupport go-to-market planning and commercialization strategy.\n\nCustomer Success & Partnerships Assist in customer onboarding.\nCoordinate with engineering teams during customer discussions.\nSupport strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations.\nMaintain long-term customer relationships.\n\nEligibility MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization)\nFreshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.\nFinal-year MBA students awaiting results may also apply.\n\nDesired Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong interpersonal and networking abilities.\nPassion for sustainability, climate technology, and innovation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEntrepreneurial mindset.\nHigh ownership and accountability.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Projects and Google Workspace.\nFamiliarity with Canva, LinkedIn, CRM software, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.\n\nWhat You'll Gain Direct mentorship from the founders.\nOpportunity to build one of India's most ambitious ClimateTech startups.\nExposure to business strategy, branding, sales, partnerships, and commercialization.\nHands-on ownership from day one.\nRapid professional growth in a mission-driven startup environment.\n\nWhy Join Aereka?
