Position: Senior Admission Counsellor

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday – Saturday)

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective students through outbound calls.
• Understand their career aspirations and education goals.
• Qualify leads and recommend suitable study abroad programs.
• Create urgency and interest to successfully schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless follow-ups.
• Drive enrollments through a consultative and student-first approach.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Inside Sales (Study Abroad experience is preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of stability in the current/previous organization.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience working in a 6-day work week.
• Currently working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Strong sales track record with excellent English communication skills.
