The Personal Assistant will support day-to-day administrative operations, including preparing documents and reports, tracking deadlines, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires proactive planning, effective time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks while working independently in a remote setting.\n\nQualifications\nStrong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support a senior leader in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Diary Management, including scheduling, prioritising appointments, and coordinating remote meetings across time zones.\nSolid Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document preparation, digital filing, data entry, and record management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails, reports, and correspondence.\nHigh level of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\nStrong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.\nComfort and proficiency with remote work tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, cloud-based document sharing, calendars, and task management tools).\nPrevious experience supporting an education provider or training organisation is an advantage.\nRelevant qualification in business administration, office administration, or a related field is desirable.
