We are also proud to be Great Place to Work Certified .\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to join our Project Management team and play a critical role in managing complex programs with cross‑functional teams and global customers.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\nLead timely project kick‑off for awarded projects\nPrepare, track, and update project Gantt charts and delivery schedules\nCoordinate closely with cross‑functional teams (PR&D, AR&D, PE, QA, QC, Production, etc.)\nMaintain and update action trackers for project activities\nShare regular project updates with customers and Business Development teams\nOrganize and facilitate teleconferences / video conferences with customers\nPresent project status during Project Review Meetings (CDRT)\nProactively identify, highlight, and escalate risks or roadblocks to senior management\nEnsure complete and timely project documentation , including closure\nCoordinate with Finance and BD for invoice generation and updates\n'05; Performance Focus\nOn‑time project delivery ( QUOTIF ) as committed\nEffective handling of scope changes, project creep, and stakeholder communication\nOverall project governance and customer satisfaction\nQualifications & Experience\nM.Sc.
