Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, including clients experiencing challenges related to workplace stress and mental health. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions. The role involves collaborating closely with psychologists, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care and track client progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will also maintain accurate documentation, participate in case discussions, and contribute to awareness or training sessions related to communication and mental well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech, with the ability to assess and manage a variety of speech-related conditions.
- Experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including developing individualized treatment plans.
- Knowledge and clinical experience in managing Dysphagia and related swallowing disorders.
- Recognized graduate or postgraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary mental health setting and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills, with a client-centered and ethical practice approach.
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms for documentation, coordination, and, when needed, hybrid service delivery.
