Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Middle School Math Faculty with a strong background in the Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering concept-driven lessons that align with Cambridge standards and promote analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with Cambridge Lower Secondary / IGCSE framework
- Build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills
- Design assessments as per Cambridge evaluation patterns
- Track and support student progress with structured feedback
- Incorporate inquiry-based and differentiated learning strategies
- Integrate technology to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with faculty on curriculum planning and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Proven experience with Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum (highly preferred)
- Experience teaching middle school grades
- Strong understanding of Cambridge assessment methods
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for delivering global-standard education
