The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate excellent clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.\n\nResponsibilities\nProvide remote clinical support to Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care Homes by reviewing resident information and assisting with clinical decision-making processes within agreed protocols.\nReview resident assessments and support the development and maintenance of person-centred care plans, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date and reflective of residents' needs.\nConduct remote audits of care records, risk assessments, clinical documentation and medication records, identifying areas for improvement and escalating concerns appropriately.\nMonitor clinical information, incidents, accidents, infections, falls and other resident outcomes, supporting homes with follow-up actions and quality improvement initiatives.\nMaintain accurate and detailed electronic records, ensuring all reviews, recommendations and actions are documented in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nLiaise remotely with Home Managers, Clinical Leads, Nurses and other healthcare professionals to support effective resident care and continuity of service.\nSupport the review of medication administration records (MARs), medication incidents and clinical trends, escalating concerns to the appropriate clinical teams.\nAssist with clinical governance activities, including audits, compliance monitoring, action plan tracking and preparation for regulatory inspections.\nProvide guidance and support to care home teams on best practice relating to elderly care, dementia care, infection prevention, wound management and clinical documentation.\nSupport the investigation and documentation of incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and clinical events, ensuring appropriate records are maintained.\nAnalyse clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for service improvement across the care home portfolio.\nEnsure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, professional nursing standards, data protection requirements and relevant UK care sector regulations.\nMaintain effective communication with UK-based teams during agreed working hours to support timely responses to clinical and operational priorities.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nAt least 2 years experience as a practicing Nurse\nMust be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure with the state nursing council\nIELTS Score of at least 5.5 or OET
