The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chairman, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the Chairman’s calendar and appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

The role involves preparing and reviewing documents, presentations, and reports; handling travel arrangements and detailed expense reports; and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems. The Executive Assistant will also help manage confidential information, prioritize communications, streamline workflows, and support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chairman.\nQualifications\nStrong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, preferably supporting C-level leadership.\nProven capabilities in Administrative Assistance, including office coordination, document management, and stakeholder communication.\nProven capabilities in understanding and preparing Business Plans, DPRs and financial models for existing and new businesses.\nStrong ability to collect and evaluate corporate and market info wrt to existing and new businesses.\nDemonstrated capability of tracking & ensuring timely MIS flow to the Chairman, along with evaulating performance against budget/target.\nHands-on experience with Diary Management, including complex calendars, meeting scheduling, and time prioritization.\nAbility to prepare, track, and reconcile Expense Reports with accuracy and adherence to company policies.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professional correspondence etiquette.\nHigh level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nProficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, calendar and video conferencing tools).\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site in Mumbai and virtula across the Group's businesses environment.\nRelevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a similar role will be highly valued.
