Hiring – Front Office Admin / Admission Counselor Location: Chennai Medical Coding & Healthcare Training Center Full-Time | Work from Office We are looking for a smart, energetic, and sales-oriented Front Office Admin to join our growing training center team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior sales experience, and the ability to convert leads into admissions through both phone and in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and students professionally Address inquiries related to courses, training programs, placements, and fees Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective students Convert leads provided by the marketing team into admissions Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Medical Coding and Healthcare RCM Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up reports Achieve admission and sales targets Support front office and administrative activities of the training center Contribute ideas and strategies to increase admissions and overall sales Requirements Any Graduate (Mandatory) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counseling, Front Office, or Customer Relationship roles Strong communication and convincing skills Experience in handling customer interactions both over calls and in person Ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions/sales Target-oriented and self-motivated personality Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication) Preferred Skills '14; Strong interpersonal skills '14; Positive and professional attitude '14; Good follow-up and negotiation skills '14; Experience in education or training industry is an added advantage What We Offer Growth-oriented work environment Attractive performance incentives Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding training center Stable and long-term career opportunity Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or send their updated resume directly.
