We bring sports stories to life with innovative formats and audience-first storytelling.\n\nRole Overview:\nWe're looking for a YouTube Intern who lives and breathes internet culture, understands what makes people click, watch, and share, and is excited to learn the business of digital content.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nSupport the planning, publishing, and optimization of content across YouTube channels of YouTube creators.\nAssist in creating titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, and metadata for videos.\nTrack channel performance and maintain weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.\nConduct research on YouTube trends, creator strategies, content formats, and audience behavior.\nIdentify opportunities and best practices.\nSupport content calendars and publishing schedules.\nHelp identify clips, moments, and highlights that can be repurposed into Shorts and other social content.\nCoordinate with content, creative, and production teams to ensure timely uploads and asset management.\nAssist with community management by monitoring comments and audience sentiment.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nStrong interest in YouTube, creator culture, digital media, and entertainment.\nUnderstanding of YouTube content formats, algorithms, and audience engagement metrics.\nFamiliarity with YouTube Studio\nBasic analytics is a plus.\nComfortable working with spreadsheets and presentations.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent written communication skills.\nCurious, proactive, and eager to learn.\nAbility to spot trends and understand what resonates with online audiences.\n\nBonus Points If You Have:\nExperience running a personal YouTube channel, Instagram page, or content project.\nBasic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with entertainment, comedy, creator, or pop-culture content.\n\nWhat You'll Learn:\nEnd-to-end YouTube channel management.\nContent strategy and audience development.\nPerformance analytics and reporting.\nCreator ecosystem and digital entertainment trends.\nCross-functional collaboration within a leading entertainment company.\n\nOur values:\nWe build opportunities for our artists, brands and fans; and it’s important for us to be reliable and efficient\nWe demonstrate honesty, excellence and commitment to success\n‘It’s not my job’ is not part of our vocabulary, we even stuff envelopes\nWe make mistakes, but only to learn from them to build resilience\nWe take care of ourselves and our colleagues\nWe are our own managers\nWe are committed to equality and inclusion\nWe are mindful of the strain on the Earth's resources and are committed to reversing the trend with our behaviors where possible\n\nThank you!\nThank you for taking the time to go through the opportunity we have to offer.\nIf you apply, please do not share your photo, age, gender, religion or ethnicity in your resume.
