Change Manager (MSP/RPO)
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced MSP Change Manager to join our global implementation team.\n\nIn this role you will work on Randstad Sourceright MSP, RPO and SOW client implementations as part of our project team. You will be responsible for leading the Change Management workstream across multiple projects, and partnering with our clients to lead their people through the change by applying a structured approach to change.\n\nYour day to day activities will include:\nPreparation of Stakeholder and Change impact assessments\nDesign of Change approach documents\nPreparation and management of communications and engagement schedules\nPreparation of client facing artefacts (e.g. briefing decks, roadmaps and explainer videos)\nUse of Gemini and toolkit to support writing content\nPreparation of training needs analysis, plans and schedules\nDrafting of training content or quality assurance for training content prepared by collaborators\nPreparation of change readiness surveys and learning assessments\nProactive risk management, including following up actions with various stakeholders\nCollaborating with project team members to gather information required for Change workstream\n\nSkills and experience necessary for success in this role:\nDemonstrated experience in managing change on MSP, SOW or RPO implementations\nExperience delivering MSP/contingent workforce solutions for clients\nAbility to juggle competing demands\nAbility to work in a client facing role\nAbility to synthesise client information with Randstad standards\nPlanning and organisational skills\nThe ability to close out actions\nStrong ability to craft a story/narrative through a quality presentation deck (words and visually)\nAbility to understand what matters to the receivers of change\nUnderstanding of adult learning and communication principles\nGood communication skills\nComfort in working virtually, as this role is permanently based from home\nWillingness to work central european time
