Job Title: Digital Content Creator (Graphic Designer III)
Duration: 12 months contract

Introduction: We are seeking a talented and imaginative Digital Content Creator with 2 to 4 years of experience joining our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s visual identity and driving engagement across social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong video production skills and a social media-first mindset, passionate about transforming ideas into compelling graphics and captivating video content. Your work will directly influence how our brand connects with audiences internally and externally, enhancing our digital presence and communication effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to fully understand creative briefs, communication objectives, and target audiences (10%).
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop engaging graphics for digital channels, including social media, internal communications, presentations, campaigns, and branding initiatives (20%).
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos tailored for social media platforms such as reels, explainers, interviews, and event coverage (20%).
- Translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual stories using a combination of static and motion design (10%).
- Ensure all designs and videos comply with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards (5%).
- Work closely with communications, marketing, and HR teams to support campaigns, initiatives, and employer branding efforts (5%).
- Take initiative in conceptualizing design approaches, storyboards, mood boards, and content formats for campaigns (10%).
- Edit video content end-to-end, including color correction, sound editing, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics (10%).
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines are consistently met (10%).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent practical experience – Required.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design with hands-on experience in shooting and editing video content, especially for social media and digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in digital content creation, including video and graphic design projects.
Tools and Technologies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software (Intermediate).
- Experience with basic motion graphics and animations for digital content (Intermediate).
- Ability to shoot high-quality video using cameras and/or mobile devices, with a solid understanding of lighting, framing, and composition (Intermediate).
- Solid understanding of social media content formats, trends, and best practices (Intermediate).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Intermediate).
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (Intermediate).
