Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager Healthcare role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting client meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and closing new business with private clinics and healthcare providers. The role includes managing and growing key accounts, building long-term relationships with clinic decision-makers, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market activities, refine messaging, and provide feedback from the field. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring that revenue targets and activity metrics are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with experience identifying prospects, generating leads, and closing deals in B2B or healthcare settings.
  • Strong Sales Management and Sales Operations capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in Account Management, with the ability to build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with clinic and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or workflow solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS sales is highly desirable.
  • MBBS or BDS, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and willingness to spend significant time meeting clients on-site within Bengaluru and nearby regions.
