Markivis is a B2B digital marketing and employer branding agency working with some of India's and the world's most recognised brands across technology, financial services, and enterprise software.
We're looking for designers — junior and senior — who think beyond aesthetics. Design at Markivis has a job to do: communicate, convert, and make complex ideas feel simple.
Open Levels
Junior Designer — 1 to 3 years of experience
Senior Designer — 5 to 8 years of experience, with the ability to lead projects and mentor
What You'll Work On
↳ Presentation & pitch deck design for enterprise clients
↳ Social media creatives across LinkedIn, Instagram & more
↳ Employer branding & recruitment marketing campaigns
↳ Website & landing page design support
↳ Motion graphic support for video content
What We're Looking For
↳ Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator & Photoshop
↳ Comfortable with PowerPoint/Keynote for decks
↳ Strong grasp of typography, layout & visual hierarchy
↳ Someone who takes feedback well and iterates fast
↳ For senior folks — experience owning projects end-to-end
Work Timing & Culture
10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday
2 work-from-home days every month
