Relationship Manager – Inside Sales (Wedding Services)


Job Summary

We are looking for aggressive, target-driven, and high-energy Relationship Managers to join our core sales team at The Wedding Company .

This is a hardcore inside sales role focused on rigorous outbound calling, virtual consultations, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing premium wedding service bookings. The role demands individuals who are confident on calls, hungry for incentives, and capable of handling high-value clients with ownership and persistence.

As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to convert qualified leads into paying customers by conducting virtual meetings, understanding client requirements, pitching our services effectively, and closing bookings against a token amount.

This is not a passive coordination role — it is a high-performance revenue-generating sales role with clear targets, fast-paced execution, and strong growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct rigorous outbound calling to prospective wedding clients generated through marketing channels.
  • Take virtual consultations and video meetings with clients to understand wedding requirements, budgets, and expectations.
  • Pitch and sell premium wedding planning services confidently and persuasively.
  • Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and drive closures against predefined token booking amounts.
  • Consistently follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM touchpoints until closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue, lock-in, and conversion targets.
  • Maintain high daily activity metrics including:
  • Calling hours
  • Follow-ups
  • Meetings conducted
  • Proposal shares
  • Closures
  • Coordinate with wedding planners and internal teams to build customized proposals for clients.
  • Maintain complete sales hygiene and accurate lead tracking in CRM systems.
  • Build urgency and excitement during client conversations to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure excellent client experience throughout the pre-sales journey.
  • Stay updated on wedding trends, venues, vendors, and competitor offerings.


What We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English & Hindi.
  • Highly sales-oriented mindset with strong closing ability.
  • Comfortable with intensive calling and back-to-back client meetings.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and influence buying decisions.
  • Confident in handling premium/high-ticket clients virtually.
  • Self-driven, competitive, and target obsessed.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Prior experience in inside sales, high-ticket sales, luxury sales, real estate, ed-tech, BFSI, hospitality, or wedding industry preferred.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/inside sales/business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in handling virtual consultations and closures preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Graduation is preferred.

  • Work Mode: Full Time (Work from Office)
  • Working Days: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
  • Joining: Immediate / Within 7 Days
