Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for Nutri Docs’ personalized weight management programs. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, conducting consultations with prospective clients, and clearly communicating the value of the company’s services. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with marketing, nutrition, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience, provide feedback from the market, and support continuous improvement of offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or inside sales, preferably in health, wellness, fitness, or related services. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and handle objections professionally. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, work with CRM tools, and meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Customer-centric mindset with skills in relationship building, active listening, and understanding client needs and motivations. Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or fitness and the ability to align sales messaging with these domains. Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
