Senior Instructional Designer – Avo Academy\nDepartment: Avo Education Experience: 7–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time\nAbout the Role\nAvo Academy is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Instructional Designer to join the team and contribute to designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams. This role is responsible for transforming complex product and technical concepts into engaging, learner-centric training solutions that drive skill development, certification success, and product adoption.\nKey Responsibilities\n•Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, certification tracks, onboarding journeys, and role-based curricula.\n•Create learner-centric experiences using instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and Adult Learning Principles.\n•Develop advanced eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.\n•Build scenario-based learning, branching simulations, software demonstrations, assessments, and certification programs.\n•Collaborate with Product Managers, SMEs, Architects/Consultants, Customer Success Teams, and Documentation Specialists to gather accurate technical information on Assure.\n•Create storyboards, learning blueprints, job aids, playbooks, video scripts, and workshop materials.\n•Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content development, improve productivity, and enhance learning asset quality while maintaining instructional accuracy and standards.\n•Analyze learning effectiveness and continuously improve learning assets using data and learner feedback.\n•Research and implement innovative approaches including AI-assisted learning, adaptive learning, gamification, and interactive simulations.\n•Perform first-level reviews of storyboards, eLearning modules, assessments, and learning assets to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives and instructional design standards.\nRequired Qualifications\n•Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.\n•7–8 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or eLearning Development.\n•Proven experience designing technical learning programs for SaaS products, enterprise software, technology platforms, or automation tools.\nRequired Skills\n•Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Microsoft PowerPoint.\n•Expertise in Scenario-Based Learning, Branching Simulations, Interactive Assessments, and application demonstrations.\n•Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.\n•Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.\n•Strong knowledge on ILT & eLearning artifacts creation process (end-to-end).\nPreferred Qualifications\n•Experience in creating learning content for products in Test Automation, Software Testing, or Enterprise Applications.\n•Experience designing certification programs and competency-based learning pathways.\n•Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning analytics, multimedia development, and AI-powered learning technologies.\nSuccess Metrics\n•Deliver high-impact learning programs that improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.\n•Develop scalable certification programs aligned with business goals.\n•Improve learner completion rates, assessment performance, and certification success rates.\nAssessment Process\n•Round 1: Technical Round with Manager – L1\n•Round 2: Instructional Design Assessment & Sample Sharing\n•Round 3: Functional & Behavioral Interview with VP\n•Round 4: HR and Final Discussions
