Senior Campaign Manager

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Campaign Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SFMC (Salesforce Management Cloud)
• Good to have: Expertise in executing complex campaigns in Campaign Management tools like Oracle Responsys, Gupshup, Capillary, MoEngage / Clevertap.
• Should have worked on email warmup process in the past
• Understanding of working from designers' files using Adobe and other design programs
• Create email campaign deliverables and ensure that final deliverables are on time and meet business requirements
• Perform first level quality control testing and peer review testing
• Identify the root cause of any email issues discovered and recommend solutions
• Stay informed on email marketing trends, changes in browser capabilities and multimedia development standards
• Recommend measures to improve work process methods to ensure the highest quality work output possible
• Work toward becoming a Subject Matter Expert on email development and delivery best practices
• Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL / Python
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within an internal team of campaign resources to achieve desired result
• Ability to take independent initiative as well as lead, motivate, and work with teams to produce results
