Key Responsibilities Deliver and mentor courses in Computer Networks and Compiler Design Design curriculum, assessments, labs, and industry-aligned capstone projects. Mentor students for placements, internships, research, and higher education opportunities. Guide faculty members, teaching assistants, and academic teams to ensure high-quality learning outcomes. Contribute to research, publications, innovation initiatives, accreditation, and academic planning activities. Requirements Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, and Compiler Design. Strong expertise in one or more areas such as Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Compiler Design, Programming Languages, Systems Programming, or Software Engineering. Hands-on experience with C, C++, Java, Python, Linux/Unix environments, and modern system-level technologies. Strong academic background with the ability to bridge theoretical concepts with practical industry applications. Preferred Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Experience in curriculum development, academic operations, and outcome-based education. Strong research and publication record in reputed journals and conferences. Leadership, stakeholder management, and industry-academia collaboration experience. Ideal Candidate & Experience 5+ years of experience in academia, research, technical training, or relevant industry roles. Prior experience as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Research Scientist, or Technical Lead. Passion for teaching, mentoring, research, and academic innovation. Ability to drive student success, placements, research outcomes, and institutional growth. Industry exposure in Networking, Systems Engineering, Compiler Engineering, Backend Development, or Software Engineering will be an added advantage.
