Senior Technical Project Manager (ERP / Salesforce / Infrastructure)

Position Summary

We are looking for experienced Senior Technical Project Managers (8+ years) to lead enterprise technology initiatives in one of the following domains:

• ERP Projects
• Salesforce Projects
• Infrastructure & Data Center / Site Build Projects

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders while delivering complex enterprise technology projects. Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating offshore/onshore teams is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
• Track project milestones and ensure successful delivery within timelines.
• Manage RAID logs, change requests, and project governance.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, application, security, and QA teams.
• Ensure proper project documentation and operational readiness.

Domain Expertise (One of the Following)

ERP Project Manager

• Experience managing ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or support projects.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.

Salesforce Project Manager

• Experience delivering Salesforce implementation, integration, migration, or enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce platform.

Infrastructure Project Manager

• Experience managing infrastructure, data center, office/site build-outs, cloud infrastructure, network, server, storage, or workplace technology projects.
• Experience coordinating facilities, networking, security, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise technology projects.
• Agile / Scrum project delivery.
• Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Risk, budget, resource, and vendor management.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP / Scrum Master / SAFe Certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience managing large enterprise transformation programs.

Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise implementations involving multiple cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
