Dy. Manager / Manager - Production

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Production Dy. Manager / Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations -Production. The role is responsible for delivering excellence across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) metrics while driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Required experience & qualifications

Experience: 5- 10 Yrs

Qualifications/Specialization: Diploma /BE Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of production plans and on-time delivery targets
\n
• Contractual Workforce handling
\n
• Ensure performance across SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) parameters
\n
• Improve productivity, OEE, and overall operational efficiency
\n
• Optimize manpower, capacity, and resource utilization
\n
• Ensure adherence to process compliance and standard work practices
\n
• Lead continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and cost reduction programs
\n
• Develop team capability through performance management, coaching, and training
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations
\n
• Control wastage and drive cost-saving initiatives
