Tele Caller Executive

Job description: We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives to join our remote travel sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, understand their travel requirements, and convert leads into successful bookings. Important – Mandatory Requirements (Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements) Fluency in English and Malayalam (Both Mandatory) A personal laptop is required Stable internet connection Quiet workspace for calling Available for full-time work only Comfortable handling 8–10 hours of calling daily Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with travel leads Understand customer travel requirements Suggest suitable travel packages Pitch, convince, and close sales Share itineraries and convert leads into bookings Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups Who We’re Looking For Excellent communication and convincing skills Confident, energetic, and target-oriented Comfortable handling rejections and meeting targets Freshers with strong communication skills can apply Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month Attractive performance incentives Opportunity to earn up to 2X salary based on performance Work Schedule 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM 4 Working Days 3 Days Off Selection Process Application Screening Video/Audio Task Virtual Interview How to Apply Apply through LinkedIn.
