Subjects :- Mathematics (K5), English (K12), EVS (K5)\n\nJob Description :\n\nThe Content Developer or Content Developement Associate will work within the K-5 Academic team and will have day-to-day responsibility for content development, ensuring in the process that all material is of an appropriate quality and fully aligned to the vision of the organization. The ideal\ncandidate will develop and revise as well as plan and coordinate with internal stakeholders\nfor publishing digital products / solutions; assure the integrity and utility of the content of\npublications assigned to the position, in strict adherence to all organizational standards.\n\nJob Responsibility :\n\n• Work on digital projects meant to cater to the K-5 segment\n• Conduct research and analysis on learners and contexts vis-à-vis the requirements\n• Work with subject matter experts to identify learning / training needs and ensure content\ngeneration / review to the scope of work and Extramarks’ standards.\n• Take up tasks like reviewing, developing content, proof reading, creating illustration\nbriefs, checking content for plagiarism, and researching content\n• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them ensuring teachinglearning\nmethodologies are translated into practice\n• Create / review / edit storyboards, engaging learning / practice activities, assignments,\nassessments, and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer\n• Liaise with internal stakeholders to create content for digital use – digital media,\nvisualising instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product\n• Maintain clean project documentation through the course of work. Additional Information\n• Over 7 years of experience of working with a range of digital educational / academic\nprojects for K-5 and managing multi-component projects.\n• Previous experience with content development for digital courses for K-5 is a must .\n• Experience working as an instructional designer / school teaching experience for grades\nK-5 will be an advantage.\n• Excellent knowledge of the subject of academic specialisation.\n• Understanding of CBSE, ICSE curricula and NEP\n• Impeccable language skills.\n• Well-versed with Word, PowerPoint and Excel\n• Understanding of teaching-learning methodologies / theories in practice .\n• Ability to develop content, especially storyboards .\n• Sound ideation / visualisation skills Ability to write effective instructional text, audio\nscripts / video scripts\n• Attention to detail, quality control, and an ability to engage with content at the highest\nlevel.\n• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team .\n• Ability to follow processes closely.\n• Time Management – scheduling and planning work; managing time competently.\n\nWorking Days - 5days ( Sat-Sun Off )\nLocation - Noida 136
